Say which account or trade you mean (the page’s address is enough) and, for a sync or import problem, attach the run’s report from the Connections page or the account’s Imports card; it shows what came in and what was left out. We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, Prague time (CET/CEST).

Whether the app and the site are up right now: status.takejournal.com, checked every five minutes from outside.
