What TakeJournal checks on your TradeDay account
Choose the product when you add the account; the rules come with it, and the account page shows where you stand against each one, from your own trades.
- Drawdown
- The liquidation level, trailing or static as the firm sets it, and how far the account is from it.
- Profit target
- The profit since the start against the target, raised where the consistency rule says so.
- Consistency rule
- The best day's share of the profit, and the profit that still brings it under the limit.
- Minimum trading days
- The days that count, and how many are still missing.
- Trading hours
- The time the firm wants every position closed by, the trades held past it and the position open now.
- Payout rules
- Winning days, the payout period, the minimum and maximum and the buffer: when the next payout is possible.
- Contract limit
- The most contracts the product allows, the tiers that raise them and the daily loss with the profit, and how a micro counts.
- Profit split
- Your share of a payout, counted in the account's costs and payouts.
