R|Trader Pro and Bookmap: import the orders
Every plan; Free imports one file a day.
Both files share the Rithmic order number with the live sync, so a fill the sync already has is recognised and nothing is counted twice. They are the way to bring in history older than the days Rithmic’s order history keeps.
R|Trader Pro
Section titled “R|Trader Pro”Order History (or Recent Orders) → export to CSV. The file has a section of working and a section of completed
orders; only orders with the status Filled become fills. The time zone stands in the header (Update Time (CEDT)),
so the times are right whatever your computer’s zone.
Bookmap
Section titled “Bookmap”Bookmap logs every order to its Feeds folder as orders_<date>_<time>.orders.csv (on a Mac under
~/Library/Application Support/Bookmap/Feeds). The times are UTC; the account names are Bookmap’s. Logs of
Bookmap’s own simulator import too; their fills are keyed by the time placed, so a session replayed twice adds nothing.
In TakeJournal
Section titled “In TakeJournal”Accounts → the account → Import trades → choose the file. A file with several accounts lists them: the accounts the journal knows go into their accounts, and for the others you choose this account, a new account named by the number or none (the file’s account number).
